If you purchase a PoolSmart Skimmer, it will be delivered either before or at the time of your scheduled pool school so our onsite trainer can help install the device and bring it online within your PoolStar Command app. Initial training session is completed within 60 minutes and with your purchase of Pool School, you also receive our PoolStar Connect support subscription for the following 3 months to help with your continued pool familiarization. If you are interested in extending your PoolStar Connect subscription, simply access "Manage Subscription" from the "Profile" button at the bottom of your PoolStar Command app.
